Owner/construction manager Brandon Passe has consistently proven to excel in the areas of resource management, planning, organization and scheduling of various construction project aspects. Whether working on local projects in Bellingham, WA or out-of-state jobs in Idaho or Oregon, he thoroughly monitors progress including financial reporting, labor scheduling and customer satisfaction. Brandon serves as liaison between trade professionals and the customer by tactfully facilitating project meetings and working as a team to resolve any issues that arise in a timely, ethical manner. He has been highly recommended for his financial management skills - from the early planning stage through completion.

What we offer

GENERAL CONTRACTING - OVERSEEING DAY-TO-DAY JOB OPERATIONS

Prepare preliminary construction estimate for owner or construction manager. Obtain competitive subcontractor bids, present recommendations to owner. Assemble construction contracts for selected subcontractors. Acquire necessary permits. Serve as liaison between owner and subcontractors. Track and report ongoing project finances to owner. Organize required documentation (including fulfilling industry standard insurance and safety requirements as well as collecting product warranty information). Review work for quality control, direct subcontractors to address any issues. Conduct job site safety meetings. Create and maintain efficient construction schedules. Perform final walk-through with owner or construction manager; address punch list tasks.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Coordinate building repair work as needed on behalf of owner. Schedule on-going preventative maintenance tasks. Provide professional review of third-party service contracts
